Cancellation right

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier designated by you, take possession of the goods. If you order several items that are delivered separately, the period starts on the day you, or a third party designated by you, take possession of the last item.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is enough to send your notice of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any extra costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notice of cancellation. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of your cancellation. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. Before sending anything back, please email us at info@shopbrotbee.com so we can give you the return address.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if that loss results from handling them in a way that was not necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning.
